Coaching is unlike therapy in that it does not focus on examining nor diagnosing the past, instead coaching focuses on effecting change in a client's current and future behavior.

What does Life Coaching involve?

First and foremost, YOUR COMMITMENT! After that, we have an initial consultation to establish what you would like to achieve through the coaching experience. We then schedule a coaching session once a week that consists of approximately one hour of your time. Sessions are provided via phone so you can be anywhere in the nation and I'm only a phone call away! From there, the coaching experience is personalized to your individual needs.
